Rashad is a father, author, speaker, coach, yoga teacher, Wellness Ambassador for The Black Man Project and Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) mindfulness meditation coach with 20 years of experience in the wellness industry.
From Australia, to Paris, to Atlanta, to Houston, where he resides, he skillfully blends mindfulness meditation, body awareness and yoga into his comprehensive wellness programs.
His mission is to shine the light of awareness into the darkest corners of the body, mind, and soul to exercise the muscle of attention to the present moment with breath and various fitness modalities.
You can catch him at the Museum of Fine Arts in Houston, TX on the fourth Sunday of every month leading guided mindfulness meditations on the PNC Rooftop Garden of The Glassell School of Art.
